Return Policy for Downloadable Items

Digital Products (Music, Downloads, and Virtual Goods):
All sales of digital/downloadable products are final. Because files are delivered instantly, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been completed.

If you experience any issues with your download—such as corrupted files, missing content, or technical difficulties—please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we’ll provide a working replacement file or alternative download link at no extra cost.

Exceptions:
Refunds may be granted only in exceptional cases, such as:

• Duplicate purchases (accidental double orders)

• Wrong item purchased due to system error

• Proven cases of technical incompatibility (when confirmed by our support team)

We encourage customers to carefully read product descriptions, system requirements, and file formats before completing a purchase.
